HE CHANGES EVERYTHING
“But I know that my Redeemer liveth and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.” (Job19, 25)
Sometimes God in His permissive will, lets occur high winds and storms on the boat of our life, our family, our health, our church, etc. And during these hard times, even the most zealous Christians tend to see panic fear ... Take one minute to think about: 1) If our life is not in rule with the will of God, like Jonah, this test may be to get us back on track. 2) If not, know that like Job, the tests are there for our greater good ... They develop endurance, which builds character and it builds hope.
But how to keep moving forward without doubt when everything seems to go wrong?
The key is to remember that Jesus is alive and He is with us in the midst of the storm. So instead of panicking, pray! And down the road, we will, like Job, “DOUBLE FOR OUR TROUBLE”, yes it's true: Two times more blessings and victories than curses and defeats of the past.
With Jesus, our past has no future. It changes our storms into powerful testimony to the glory of God. May the Lord surround us with his arms, may He turn His face toward us and strengthen us throughout the journey to the final destination, Amen!
